All you need to do is select a theme ( based on our tailored themes below ), a color and services from our list and we will gather the necessary information of what is important to you-what you " just got to have " and we will take it from there. The Intimate Weddings Packages were designed just for Clients that prefer minimal input of the details and willing to place their trust in our ability to make it happen.

Vendors will be chosen from our creme de la creme list of vendors, who will work together to make your Wedding Day a day to remember.

1. Get your wedding plans started by choosing a venue. If you aren’t sure which venue you prefer, don’t worry. You can use our "Which Venue is Right for You" Questionnaire. Alternatively, just select “Not Sure” and continue to browse available wedding services and customize your event. 
2. Choose a theme and your favorite colors. Our signature themes can be found on our galleries page - feel free to browse and see what you like. 
3. Get in touch with us so that we may send you our online form. Our form will provide you with the approximate cost of your Wedding Day package. Please kindly note that the approximate cost on the form does not include venue prices, catering (dependent on menu choice, inclusive of service charge and gratuity), rental prices and Hawaii State Tax. 
4. Based on your selection, we will send you our proposal for your review. 
5. Upon your acceptance of our proposal and payment of the deposit, we will begin to plan and coordinate your Wedding Day. Vendors are assigned based on their availability. These vendors will offer exclusive prices through our Intimate Weddings packages. Consultation of details every step of the way! 
6. Wedding Day -- sit back, relax, and enjoy your wedding day while we take care of the last minute details, event set up, and more.
