You would like to spend your days before the wedding enjoying time with your fiance, family and friends.   You are completely proud of yourself up until this point....but you are done!   You are ready to pass on the baton to a professional Coordinator.

Here we are to save your sanity and give you peace of mind...:

    • Allow 6 weeks notice before your wedding date
    • Approximately 4-5 hours of extensive pre-wedding briefing
    • Couture Weddings Hawaii will provide you with a check off list. Client to be responsible to complete the tasks on the checklist
    • Confirm all contracts with secured vendors
    • Confirm your completed floor plan with rental company or hotel establishment
    • Timeline review 3 weeks prior to your wedding day
    • Distribute payments to vendors (day-of-payment)
    • Oversee decorations and floral set up
    • Supervision of rehearsal
    • Request a to-do list from Client (must be approved by Coordinator assigned to your event)
    • 2 Coordinators will be assigned to your event based upon availability
    • Breakdown decor (pack and wrap)
    • Confirm seating arrangements at the reception site
